Customers may be required to certify or recertify their permissible use of GLBA Data when requesting information or upon request by A.C.E., Inc. Customers further acknowledge and agree to maintain safeguards for such information in accordance with the Interagency Standards for Safeguarding Customer Information issued pursuant to the GLBA.

DPPA Data: Certain information available through A.C.E., Inc. services may constitute “personal information” as defined by the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (“DPPA”), 18 U.S.C. § 2721 et seq., and applicable state laws (“DPPA Data”). Customers shall not access, obtain, or use DPPA Data in any manner that violates the DPPA or related laws. By accessing such information, the Customer certifies, under penalty of perjury, that DPPA Data will be used solely for the permissible purpose(s) identified in the applicable Permissible Use Certification. Customers may be required to certify or recertify their permissible use of DPPA Data when requesting information or upon request by A.C.E., Inc.

DPPA Data may not be used for the purpose of issuing or facilitating traffic violation notices, toll violation notices, parking violation notices, or any similar consumer notification. The use of DPPA Data to send traffic, toll, parking, or related notices to consumers is strictly prohibited.
